Loretta Jean Garcia has been in professional practice since 1984. Working both as a solo practitioner as well as a lawyer in a large law firm, Ms. Garcia’s approach to helping clients has been shaped by a diversity of experiences. As a member of the communities she serves, Loretta Garcia contributes much both professionally and personally to local organizations and committees.
Loretta Garcia is the current president of the Hispanic Bar Association for the District of Columbia; she has also served both as treasurer and a board member. Ms. Garcia also served on the board of the Hispanic Bar Association for the state of Maryland.
